A great gift for the home baker or brunch lover, Black & Blue is delicious in a fruit tart or dolloped on waffles or pancakes. Perfect Pairings: Pecorino, gruyere, and aged cheddars. Bonnie's Jams contain 2X the fruit and 1/2 the sugar of most jams on the market today. With the exception of our Red Pepper Conserve, none of our products contain any added pectin, which means we cook our conserves up to 4X as long as others to ensure that the natural fruit pectin help our jams set and that the true flavors of the fruit shine through!
